Welcome to our third apartment – the TANAS Grand Terrace Suite.

This apartment is unique in Ayia Napa with it’s outdoor bathtub on a large, 84 sqm Terrace with an outdoor dining area and bar.

Enjoy wonderful holiday evenings with friends and family in this unique premium apartment. The pictures speak for themselves 🙂

The space

The apartment is fully renovated in 2024 to high standards.

It consists of 2 beautifully designed Bedrooms, each with a large TV that includes a Netflix subscription.

The highlight of the apartment is the large veranda (84 sqm), on which we installed a wintergarden with an outdoor dining area, bar and pool table, as well as the insta worthy outdoor bathtub and egg chair.

Unlike many homes in Ayia Napa, our apartment boasts a pressured water system, ensuring your showers are always invigorating and full.

We installed acoustic windows, which make the interior of the apartment peacefully quiet.

The couch in the living room is a sofa bed, that expands to a 1,40m wide bed that can accomodate up to 2 extra people. Note that you will only receive the sofabed when you book for 5 or 6 people.

We, your hosts, Patrick and Beatrice, are happy to introduce you to our second guest home in Ayia Napa! TANAS City Suite!

Perfect for a staycation, this newly renovated 1-bedroom flat is fully equipped with all the amenities to make you feel at home!

The flat has a small balcony and offers access to the Pool & Jacuzzi of the neighbouring hotel, provided that you will NOT bring outside food/drinks to the pool and you will buy your food/drinks from their pool bar!

The place

The apartment is renovated in 2023 to high standards.

The couch in the living room is a sofa bed, that expands to a 1,40m wide bed that can accomodate up to 2 extra people. Note that you will only receive the sofabed when you book for 3 or 4 people.

If you book for 2 people and still need a sofabed, it can be done for an extra charge for the additional bedsheets and washing, ironing etc.

The pool area, which you will be able to access during it’s opening times, is within 80 meters walk from the apartment. The pool belongs to a neighbouring hotel, so there will be other hotel guests at the pool.

Once again, the access to the pool/jacuzzi is for free as long as you buy drinks/food from the pool bar. We have a deal with the people who rent and operate the pool bar there, separate from the hotel administration.

Due to recent events and misunderstandings with previous guests, now, if you want to use the pool and jacuzzi, you will need to spend 15€ per person, per day, at the pool bar. Which could be a Pizza and a cocktail or iced coffee and water. It is a reasonable price for pool/jacuzzi access.

We do not charge for the pool and jacuzzi in our apartment’s price, as some guest will not attend the pool/jacuzzi every day, so you will have to spend some money at the pool bar to use the pool all day.

Be reminded that bringing your own food/drinks to the pool area will result in you being escorted out of the premises.

This two-bedroom apartment in Ayia Napa offers a comfortable and modern place to stay. With a sleeping couch, it is perfect for families or a group of friends.

The apartment is located in a central area, making it easy to explore the city.

The highlight of this property is the rooftop veranda, equipped with a BBQ area, ideal for outdoor dining.

The space

The apartment is located on the second and highest floor of a Mediterranean residential building.

There are two bedrooms, which by default are configured as one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds. This can be changed, please contact us well in advance of your arrival.

For this purpose, the sofa in the living room can be folded out and one or two more people can sleep on it.

The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, blender, hand blender, XXL toaster and more.

The bathroom is modern and has a shower.

There are three TVs: in the living room and the two bedrooms. All 3 of them have Netflix.

The apartment has fast internet (200 MBit/s download, 40 Mbit/s upload).

The highlight of the apartment is the large roof terrace, where you can host a barbecue party and enjoy a view of the sea.
